How RENKEI works
You shop on eBay as normal. eBay pays RENKEI a small commission. RENKEI shares that commission with the community you choose and with you as a member.

The customid in the link tells eBay Partner Network which community (and, for logged-in members, which member) the sale belongs to. It contains no personal details.
Where the commission goes
Example: you spend £100 on eBay through RENKEI. If eBay pays a 3% commission, that's £3.00, shared like this:
How it's tracked and paid
| Stage | What happens |
|---|---|
| Click | The EPN link carries a customid, e.g. col-m0042 (community code + member number). |
| Sale | eBay records the purchase against RENKEI's campaign and that customid. |
| Pending | Commission shows as pending in the EPN dashboard. Nothing is shared yet. Returns or cancellations remove it. |
| Paid | eBay validates the commission and pays RENKEI. |
| Monthly share-out | RENKEI exports the EPN transaction report, totals paid commission by customid, then pays community donations and credits member reward points. |
| Report | A monthly summary is published here: total raised per community. |
Our rules
- Paid first, shared after. Donations and rewards only come from commission eBay has already validated and paid to RENKEI.
- No extra cost. Buyers pay eBay's normal price. Sellers pay nothing to RENKEI.
- Rewards are not guaranteed. They depend on eBay paying commission on a qualifying sale.
- Member rewards are points you can redeem for perks and vouchers once your balance reaches £5.
- Clicks must be genuine. No paying people to click, no self-referral tricks.
