Affiliate disclosure

RENKEI is a participant in the eBay Partner Network, an affiliate programme. When you click an eBay link on RENKEI and make a qualifying purchase, RENKEI may earn a commission. This never changes the price you pay. RENKEI is independent and isn't owned by, or part of, eBay. All purchases, payments, delivery and buyer protection are handled by eBay and the seller.

What we collect

If you join RENKEI or ask to be listed, we collect only what you type into the form: your name, email address, what you collect, and optionally a cause you'd like us to support. Sellers also give us their eBay shop link.

How we use it

We use your details only to send RENKEI updates about sellers, live shows and member news, and to contact sellers about listings. We never sell or share your details with anyone else.

Links and tracking

Links to eBay include an anonymous code so eBay can credit RENKEI for the visit. These codes don't contain your name, email or any personal information. Once you're on eBay, eBay's own privacy policy applies.

Where it's stored

Form entries are stored securely with our website host, Netlify.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your details at any time, or unsubscribe from updates. Email entertherenkei@gmail.com. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
